Prequalification of suppliers of goods and services for the period April 2021 to March 2023

We Effect invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for prequalification for the provision of goods and services for the FY 2021/22 and 2022/23 detailed below:

Supply of Office Stationery
Supply of computers and related accessories
Services
Taxi and Car Hire Services
Hotel Services – Accommodation and conference facilities in East Africa
Outside Catering Services
Design and Printing Services
Office Stationery Services
Facilities Management – this includes provision of cleaning steward, kitchen steward and a gardener.
Sanitary Services
Office Repairs and Maintenance
ICT Services – this includes servicing of ICT equipment and software.
Electrical Repairs and Maintenance
Plumbing Works
Repair and Maintenance of office equipment (telephones, binding machines, PABX etc)
Repairs and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles
Security Services
Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Repair and Maintenance of Electric Fence
Legal Services

Mandatory Requirements
a. A proposal letter with three organisation referees.
b. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
c. Certified copy of valid registration with Govt Professional Bodies where applicable e.g., National Construction Authority
d. VAT and PIN registration
e. A copy of Valid tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
f. Certified copy of recent CR12 Form from the registrar of companies
g. Certified copy of business permit from relevant authorities
h. All applicants must provide the physical, postal and electronic address.

Bid Conditions
a. Interested bidders may submit proposals for any number of bid categories.
b. The bidding document must be in English.
c. Bids that need cost must include a price schedule in Kenya Shillings. The unit price and total price must clearly be indicated, all taxes inclusive.
d. Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid for Pre-Qualification for Goods/Services ……………….. (mention the type of good or service you are applying for) must be submitted by 5th March 2021 at 3pm.

f. The bids are to be dropped in a box that will be provided in our offices.
g. Late bids will be rejected and automatically disqualified.
If you do not hear from us by 1st April 2021 consider your application unsuccessful.
