We Effect is implementing a 5-year pilot project, the Innovative finance for improved livelihoods (IFIL) project in Kenya and Uganda. The purpose of this position is to Coordinate the roll out and implementation of the project in Kenya and Uganda. The project will focus on identifying potential local Farmer-based organisations (FBOs), assessing their capacities, establishing & managing the partnerships and systematically building their organizational capacities to attract and manage credit facilities effectively for improved service delivery to their members.

We work in more than 20 countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa and collaborate mainly with member-based organizations consisting of women and men who live in poverty.
